What is the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, go to Orders. Here’s what you will see:

Preparing for Shipment: This means we’re currently processing and packing the goodies for your pet. You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.

Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse. Within 24 to 48 hours, you will also see a link to track your package.

Delivered: Your order has arrived! Orders are delivered 14 days a week before 10 p.m.

What happens if my package gets lost?

Every item purchased from our website is made under a very strict shipping contract, meaning that the risk of loss is unintentional. We will investigate and support promptly if any problems occur that cause inconvenience to your order.

How do I cancel or change my order?

Our team is focused on serving as many pet owners as possible, however if for any reason you change your mind within the first 6 hours of placing your order, please contact us. If your order has not been shipped (within the first 6 hours of placing your order), you can cancel it from your account. Go to Orders, click on the order you want to cancel and click the "Cancel this order" link. If you need help canceling an order, please send us a message with your order number. We will resolve it as quickly as possible to make your experience simple and worry-free. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Can the FurSnap™ be used on dogs?

Yes it can! When using the FurSnap™ on your pooch, we recommend using the free waterproof case and 360-degree mount attachment. This should fit most buckle dog collars. We recommend mounting the camera at the back of the collar (facing over their head) for better shots.

How does the FurSnap attach to collars?

The FurSnap™ can be attached in 2 ways:

Recommended for cats & small dogs:

1. Secure Housing: Our custom-designed rubber camera holder easily attaches onto your pet’s collar via a velcro strip, providing a strong, secure attachment method. Best used when placed below your pet’s chin, the rigid case supports the camera – so you can see what your pet sees! Recommended for medium/large dogs:

2. 360 Mount: The FurSnap™ can also be attached using the free waterproof case and 360 degree mount. Using a buckle collar, simply thread the collar through gaps either side of the 360 degree mount. This is best mounted looking over your dog’s head rather than below their chin.

How do I watch my videos?

Videos are stored on the free SD memory card within the camera in AVI format. There are two ways to watch your footage:

1. Via USB: Using the charging cable, connect the camera and insert the USB into a laptop/computer. For Macbooks, we recommend an AVI player (like Elmedia) has been installed. For Windows, we suggest Windows Media Player.

2. Using SD Card Adapter (recommended): Remove the SD card from the side of the CollarCam and insert within an SD Card Adapter (included FREE). This can then be inserted directly into the computer or via the USB-C connector in the adapter.
